I have purchased vehicles from lots of different places and none have helped as much as Darren has. There were some unforseen issues with the truck after I purchased it that other dealers would have just said "you're SOL" but Darren didn't, he said fix it and I will help with some of the cost. Very rare when a dealer will do this! I recommend anyone to check this place out. I know I will definitely see him first before looking elsewhere for future purchase. Thanks!

I recently took the car I bought from Darren to a local place here in Cedar Rapids to have the oil changed because of their weekly coupon in the penny saver, They informed me I needed tie rods and struts, along with alignment and a couple of minor replacements like spark plugs simply based on the mileage for the latter. They estimated almost $2,000 in parts and labor. I took the car and the estimate to Darren and not only did he and his mechanic thoroughly inspect it and find none of this to be the case at all, he let me know if it would have been, he could have done it all for the cost they were charging for one strut. He let me have a loaner car for an hour and did not charge me anything for the inspection. From now on I will be making the drive to have him do my oil changes and any future repairs actually needed. Thanks Darren, you ROCK!!!

Would highly recommend seeing Darren for a vehicle purchase. He keeps a good selection of clean vehicles on his lot at all times, and provides a comfortable low stress environment. He is there for affordable service after the sale too. Friendly, old fashioned small town service! Something that’s desperately needed in the auto business today!

I purchased a vehicle from Darren and I had a very nice experience. I was from Waterloo, the car had a defective front seat controller; I could either wait till his mechanics fixed it, or have my mechanic in Waterloo fix it. I bought the car so I didn't have to make more trips down there, and Darren offered for me to stop back after it was fixed to see if he could help me out with the cost; neither one of us knew what the cost would be. I had it fixed and it ended up being a significant part that was wrong and a pretty good price...Darren did not fight about it when I went back and offered to pay about 80% of the cost. I agreed and was satisfied with that amount, just because he held up his commitment and word to me. I really liked my experience here, it was low stress, and they are really fast at processing the paperwork!

I just purchased my 2nd used car from Darren. You can feel confident that his used vehicles have been gone thru with a fine tooth comb before sold. There reliability is of the highest standard. His pricing is fair and service is great.

Great place to buy a used car. All the title and plates paperwork done right there, you get everything in the mail. The secretary followed me home to cedar rapids to drop off my old car, and brought me back to get my new one, which I am very happy with. I also feel confident about any future repairs needed, will be done honest and reliable at this location. Highly recommended! Great price for what you get.

 Great experience buying a used vehicle. They held the vehicle since we were coming from out of town. No pressure, and the vehicle was the value we were looking for. I can easily see why they have been in business so long. It is nice to support a small independent business.

Great customer service, I drove 2 hrs to come see a vehicle and he held it for me. We test drove the vehicle and found that the A/C was not working, Darren fixed it and he still gave me an awesome deal on a Buick Enclave. Bought a car from this place about 2 weeks ago. The staff was so nice to me and my dad and they assured us that if we had any problems in 5 days or 5 years we could come back and save money. Great people. Great car too!

Words cannot Express the kindness we recived at this awesome establishment. Being a CareGiver I put in allot of driving. the two vehicles my wife and I wanted. would have not been a good fit and many car dealers would have sold us what we thought we wanted. Not at David Farmer. We went there thinking one thing and drove away with a better deal with two cars that fit our needs and budget. We were so impressed, we took ma there today and now she's getting a better car. When you deal with David Farmer, your dealing with the most honest car lot establishment I have ever seen! That's us in front of my Chevy Equinox, with me in my wine scrubs , lol. This place is 5 stars and beyond in our book. Just stop by! Talk to Darren and drive away with the best deal ever.
